Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to make the process smooth and stress-free. We’ll start by discussing the 3 L’s (location, lot, layout) and your budget to ensure we’re aligned. During showings, I use a simple 1-10 scale to help eliminate properties that don’t meet your needs, and we’ll cover action items in advance so you’re ready when the right one comes along.

I empower you with knowledge, providing comps and clear outlines of offers so you understand exactly what you’re signing. Once your offer is accepted, I help prioritize home inspection findings with a red, yellow, green system to keep things manageable.

Even after your offer is accepted, I stay involved, coordinating with your lender and attorney to ensure everything runs smoothly. After closing, I’ll check in a month later and send an annual home evaluation so you can track your equity.
